The Super Smoothie Green features chopped organic spinach, organic avocado, organic pineapple, grass-fed collagen protein, organic lemon juice, organic pineapple juice, water, organic ginger, organic dates, organic flax seed, and sea salt.

Avocados have grown in popularity over the years due to the amount of good fatty acids studies have found in what is actually a fruit, believe it or not.[1][2] Spinach is packed with both iron and calcium, and you can get a serving of Vitamin C from the avocado, pineapple, and spinach.

Blend It

Open the smoothie packet and add to a blender and then add the entire collagen packet. Add your blending liquid of choice and then blend for about a minute or more. Of our three smoothies, the Super Smoothie Green can take longer to blend. We recommend making sure to allow the frozen ingredients to soften for a few minutes before blending.

For the Super Smoothie Green, some of the best blending liquids are water, orange juice, or coconut water. Some of best foods and other add-ins include frozen pineapple, mango, honey, yogurt, chia seeds, hemp seeds, maca powder, and even MCT oil or matcha green tea powder.
